Notification regarding the US tariff issue

Please note that this message is for customer with a shipping address in the United States, if your shipping address is outside the US, please ignore this message.

As the new US tariff will take effect on 2nd May, and the actual practice is still not clear yet. Orders shipping to US will be temporarily suspended starting from 18th Apr, 2025(0:00 PDT), this will apply to all sales channels including our official site, Amazon, eBay......, we expect the shipping service to resume at early May, with a new pricing scheme, if the upcoming circumstance is unchanged.

Below are some additional info we would like to let you know

The tariff
All orders placed before 18th Apr 2025(0:00 PDT), will be processed as usual, we guarantee that you pay NO extra fee. The parcels are expected to clear the customs before the new tariff takes effect, in case of any exception, we will cover the extra cost. Although we believe it is rarely happen, if you are asked by the US customs to pay any tariff, send us the receipt and we will compensate you.

The new pricing scheme
We will try our best to minimize the impact, and add more value to our products through improving the design, the industry is developing very quickly and we believe we can still offer better goods, thanks to the feedback and contribution from thousands of customers.
