How to track the shipping status of your order
Step 1: See below picture to find the carrier name and tracking number in the email we sent to you, and click the number to open a tracking page.
Step 2: If the page shows 'not found' under your tracking number, you will need to select a correct carrier, please refer to the pictures below:
* Each order requires a processing time before being shipped, no info can be tracked if you order has not been shipped. Please refer to the email for estimated processing time.
* The tracking number is for international shipping tracking, If you want to contact your local post office for some special arrangement or inquiry, please contact our customer service for another number which is recognized by your local post service.
