This is the FAQ page for existing customers regarding our recent site migration.

1.Why is this migration?

During the past year, our site encountered some bugs and stability issues which caused inconvenience to our customers and staffs. We decides to move our site to a platform which offers more comprehensive maintenance service of the site, so that we can save time on fixing bugs and pay more time on our main job: design and creation.

2.Which service provider do you use now?

Our site has been migrated to Shopify, a leading and popular one-stop e-commerce platform.

3.What am I affected by this migration?

The data of our customers on the old site have been carried forward to this new site, however, due to different privacy protocol, your password cannot be transferred.

You should receive an e-mail as invitation for you to activate your account and set a new password on this new site, if you do not receive this e-mail, you can simply use the same e-mail address to create a new account on this site, then you will retrieve your data from your account in the old site.

4.Is my data safe on this new site?

Yes, and is safer, Shopify is a leading company in the industrial.

5.Can I continue to use the old site?

No, the old site has been offline.
